Job Description

Our client is now looking for an interim Health and Safety Advisor with a residential background for a period of 6-9 months. This is a contract position paying up to £210 per day (inside IR35). You will be based in London, covering multiple estates.

This is a 35 hour working week with 3 of those days requiring you in the office.

Principal responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments (FRA) across residential estates

* Oversee general health and safety practices

* Prepare and deliver training

* Commission and manage the FRA process. Review FRAs and implement necessary corrections

* Update and monitor action plans to ensure compliance and safety

* Focus on fire safety, identifying and addressing fire hazards

Key skills/experience required:

* Previous experience in fire safety and knowledge of the Fire Safety Act

* Proven experience in identifying and correcting issues highlighted in FRAs

* The ability to enhance the overall H&S structure

* Experience in developing and managing H&S structures

Qualifications:

* NEBOSH qualified

* IOSH membership is desirable but not essential
