Private Sector Housing Officer
Experienced Private Sector Housing Officer wanted for a South - West based Local Authority!
How does starting a new job which is a stone's throw away from the beach sound?
Well, you're in the right place! This local authority is based on the South-West Coast.
They are looking for someone who has expereince in:
🏡 Carrying out HMO and HHSRS inspections under The Housing Act 2004 guidlines
🏡 Enforcing notices and attending tribunals when necessary.
🏡 Handling enquiries and complaints related to housing conditions.
This is a 6 month role, with the chance of extension. It will involve a mixture of both home working, and working in the borough.
