Job Title: Business Analyst

Contract: 12 Month FTC

Location: Kings Hill (Hybrid - 2 days office based per week average)

Our client, a global leader in the charitable finance sector is undergoing an exciting transformation and is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering new systems and solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major projects, including replacing legacy systems with scalable, cloud-based SaaS platforms.

The Role

* Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and IT to gather and document requirements.

* Analyse current and future business processes to identify improvements.

* Support the development, testing, and implementation of new solutions.

* Create essential project materials such as process flows, wireframes, and test plans.

* Ensure projects align with governance standards and best practices.

* Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex projects.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to simplify technical details for non-technical stakeholders.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
