We are currently supporting our client who is looking for an Interim Manager to support the turnaround effort of our clients service. This role focuses on clinical oversight, improving staff culture, reducing agency usage, increase occupancy and day to day management of the home.

Ensure the highest quality of care is provided

Requirements
Management experience in care settings
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
