Senior QA Automation Engineer

My client in Dublin is currently looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join their team and drive automated testing solutions within a fast-paced environment. The role requires hands-on automation expertise, strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration, and a proactive approach to testing strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop, document, and execute automated test strategies.

Collaborate with stakeholders (BA, Developers, Solution Architects) to define and align on test approaches.

Perform API test automation and ensure robust testing coverage.

Create, execute, and manage test scripts and scenarios in line with project requirements.

Generate and maintain Test Exit reports.

Drive QA process improvements and tooling enhancements.

Work comfortably in BDD/ATDD delivery environments.Required Experience:

4+ years' experience in hands-on automated testing with C#.

Strong experience in writing and maintaining functional automation scripts.

Proficiency in API test automation tools and frameworks.

Familiarity with source control management (e.g., Git).

Experience creating, executing, and reporting on test scripts.

Prior experience working in Agile or BDD/ATDD delivery environments.Applicants must be eligible to work full-time in the Republic of Ireland without restriction
