A Day in the Life of a Community Psychiatric Nurse:
As a community-focused RMN, your role is essential in supporting patients' mental health journeys. Here s what you can expect:

• Visiting patients in their homes to assess and meet their ongoing needs.
• Administering prescribed medications and ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients, offering empathetic support, and tracking their progress.
• Conducting thorough risk assessments to ensure safety for patients and those around them.
• Promoting a secure and supportive environment as patients navigate their treatment.

What We re Looking For:

• Active NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
• Previous experience in a community-based mental health role.
• Strong communication skills and resilience under pressure.
• A proactive, independent worker who thrives in a team setting.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
