A Day in the Life of a Community Psychiatric Nurse:
As an RMN specialising in community care, your role is vital in providing support to patients and their families. Here s what you ll do:

• Conduct home visits to assess patients needs and provide tailored care.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effectiveness.
• Build trust with patients, offering empathetic support and tracking progress or setbacks.
• Carry out risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and their environment.
• Foster a safe and supportive space where patients feel understood and cared for.

What We re Looking For:

• Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
• Proven experience in community mental health roles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Genuine commitment to delivering outstanding care to patients.
