Reginald Gray are recruiting for a key client to find a Working Foreman or Assistant Site Manager to support the Project Manager on a prestigious, multi-million-pound prime residential project.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the smooth running of activities.
• Oversee the opening and closing of the site, ensuring security and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report directly to the Project Manager, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and milestones.
• Coordinate the site team, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and quality control are maintained throughout the project.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with all stakeholders, including clients when they are on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working on prestigious residential projects, ideally in a similar role (Working Foreman or Assistant Site Manager).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage both the site team and client expectations effectively.
• Sound knowledge of construction processes, health and safety standards, and building regulations.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
