Graduate Opportunity: Salaried Trainee Teacher (Gain your QTS!) Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Kick-start your teaching career with a salaried trainee position and work towards your Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)! This school-based programme is an ideal path for recent graduates ready to enter the teaching profession and earn while they train.

We are collaborating with e-Qualitas, a London-based Department for Education (DfE) accredited Teacher Training Provider, and a number of secondary schools across West Sussex, offering multiple positions for salaried trainees.

We are seeking graduates with a passion for teaching who are ready to inspire and challenge students. Ideal candidates:

• Hold a bachelor s degree in a related subject
• Have the right to work full-time in the UK and 3 years of UK residency
• Possess strong subject knowledge and a commitment to helping students achieve their best
• Hold GCSEs in English Language and Maths at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
• Can demonstrate effective classroom management skills
