Yard Operative - Willand, EX15 (Tiverton area)

Shift: Monday - Friday 08.00 - 16.30

Pay rate: 12.50 per hour + depending on experience

Main job roles:

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.
• Sort and prepare materials for onward processing.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in assembly, metalwork or factory processes is preferred but not essential.
• Confident working both indoors and outdoors.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
