About the role:
Lead and develop strategies to ensure an inclusive learning environment for all students
Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create tailored support plans
Champion equality and well-being across the school, ensuring every student has the support they need to succeed
Provide guidance and mentorship to staff on inclusive practices and student support
Monitor student progress, evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, and drive continuous improvement in inclusion initiatives
The ideal candidate must:
Have the right to work within the UK
DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one
Have a strong passion for inclusion, with a deep understanding of supporting students with diverse needs
Be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners
Demonstrate experience in leading and implementing inclusion strategies and interventions
Show a proactive, solution-focused approach to overcoming challenges and promoting equality
Possess strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and support a dedicated team
Be empathetic, patient, and committed to ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
