The client is looking for an experienced Planning Policy Team Leader with experience working on a full cycle of a local plan. You will need to be able to lead and direct a team to lead and direct a team delivering the strategic planning service, covering matters such as development plans (Local Plan), neighbourhood plans, regional planning, supplementary planning, monitoring, and research.

Role Specific

·Office presences - Hybrid

·37 hours per week  

·Hourly rate - approx. £50-60per hour (DOE)

·Local Authority experience.

Carrington West Pay Rate - up to £60ph
