Stock Condition Surveyor
I am looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to join a consultancy in the West Midland on a 3 month interim contract. The Stock Condition Surveyor will be responsible for a set number of addresses, carrying out 8-10 surveys per day. This is a pay per survey position.
Stock Condition Surveyor duties:
Write up reports of the properties and relay information back
Assist with the completion of regular stock audits to ensure properties are developed and managed effectively
Collate detailed stock condition information
Contact Residents to make appointments at a suitable time for both parties
What is required for the stock Condition Surveyor role:
Built environment qualifications or equivalent
Significant experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor
Knowledge of HHSRS
Desirable experience as a DEA
