Job Description

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for either, an experienced Teaching Assistant or aspiring Teaching Assistant with experience working with SEN pupils, for a specialist school in Hillingdon to start in January 2025. The school is a primary school school that meets the educational needs of children with a range of learning needs including Autism as well as physical or sensory needs. The hours for this position are 8:30am until 4:00pm, with a daily pay rate between £80-£100. Key tasks include mentoring and empowering students, building their confidence and ability to stay focused in order to succeed academically and promote a positive education environment. The school is based in Hillingdon and is easily accessible by public transport with clear links on the underground and bus.

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:

Hold previous experience working within SEN

Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible

Legal right to work in the UK
