We are currently looking for a part-time, long-term Learning Support Assistant to work on a Tuesday to Friday basis. This role will offer you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students and support them in their learning journey.

We are looking for Learning Support Assistants in Colchester with the following:

Experience working with children (previous experience as an LSA or SEN experience preferred)

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

Ability to support students with varying needs (including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and behavioral challenges)

Driving would be ideal due to the location of some schools in the area (not essential but advantageous)
