About the Role - School Receptionist - Ealing

• Greet and direct visitors, providing necessary information and directing them to the appropriate staff member.
• Answer incoming calls, provide information, take messages, and direct calls to the right personnel.
• Help resolve any issues or concerns raised by parents, students, or the public.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and liaise with teachers and administrators to follow up on absences.
• Assist with filing, handling correspondence, managing mail, and maintaining student records.
