Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Freelance - Outside IR35 - 375- 425pd

Kennet are recruiting a Senior QS for specialist Rail & Civil-Engineering contractor
This is a freelance role with work available until early 2026, outside IR35
You would be managing a 20m design and build project in North London, managing Civils, M&E, Piling and P-way packages
Contract is NEC Option C (Target Cost)
The role is site based in Cockfosters 5 days a week
