Project Manager
Project Manager
Birmingham/hybrid
£300 per day
6 month contract
I am looking for a Project Manager who has experience in refurb/fit out construction to start mid January on an ongoing contract.
The project is worth circa £7m and will be situated in the West Midlands. You will managing two sites and be responsible for the successful delivery of each one.
You will report into the Operations Director, and have 1x Site Manager and 2x Supervisors reporting into you.
Social Housing experience is beneficial
