Contract Manager required for a major offshore wind developer based in England

Responsibilities

Contract Management: Lead the timely and accurate implementation of contractual obligations, claim management and Variations/Amendments

Cost Forecasting: Develop and manage cost forecasts for input to business case

Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with Project Managers, Planners, Contract Managers, and contractors. Provide concise and consistent communication.

Risk Management: Take part in contract and execution risk reviews and maintain risk management updates

Cost Control: Minimise project costs and risks while enhancing value for money.Requirements

Methodical and Process-Driven: You excel at gathering and analysing data to accurately assess issues. Your decisions are well-founded, and you can confidently back your judgements.

Experience: Previous experience as a Contract Manager with a solid understanding of infrastructure projects and FIDIC contracts is required.

Adaptability: You should be able to travel to project work sites in the UK and Western Europe on a twice per month basis

Communication Skills: You are an effective communicator, unafraid to seek assistance when needed
