Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a professional and experienced SSSTS Supervisor to join our team in London starting in January. The successful candidate must possess a supervisor ticket and will be responsible for supervising architectural fitters and Steel Fitters Mates in the Chiller Deck and Trimmer steels work areas.

Responsibilities:

Supervise architectural fitters and Steel Fitters Mates

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Oversee the Chiller Deck and Trimmer steels work areas

Coordinate with project managers and other supervisorsQualifications:

Valid SSSTS Supervisor ticket

Proven experience in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of architectural fitting and steel fitting processes

Excellent communication and leadership skillsDay-to-day:

Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality standards are met

Providing guidance and support to the fitters and fitters mates

Collaborating with the project team to meet deadlines and targets
