Hunter Mental Health is seeking a Band 7 CBT Therapist to join a specialist Psychology Service within a Primary Care Hospital setting in Wales. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of 3 days remote work and 2 days in-service. • Position: Band 7 CBT Therapist (High Intensity Primary Care Service)
• Work Style: Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days in-service)
• Caseload: 16-18 clients per week
• Specialisation: Complex needs
• Accreditation: BABCP Accreditation required, EMDR training highly desirable
• Note-Keeping: Strong documentation skills essential
• Experience: Experience with complex cases preferred
• Pay Rate: £42 - £47 per hour (Umbrella rate)
• Contract Type: Locum, Ongoing

• BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist with experience in high-intensity therapy
• EMDR training is highly desirable, but not essential
• Experience with complex cases and strong note-keeping skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently

• Competitive pay rate of £42 - £47 per hour (Umbrella)
• Ongoing contract with the support of a leading health board
