Position Overview:

As an Experienced Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a seamless educational experience for students when their regular teacher is unavailable. This role involves delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior, and promoting a positive and productive learning environment across various subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons confidently, ensuring all students are engaged and on-task.

Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.

Implement and maintain strong behavior management strategies to address disruptions constructively.

Provide tailored support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Collaborate with teaching staff and school leaders to ensure lessons are delivered smoothly.Requirements:

Essential: A minimum of 1 year of UK-based experience in schools.

Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to diverse educational settings.

Excellent communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor.

A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting student success.

The ability to create engaging and supportive learning environments.Job Types:

Flexible opportunities available, including full-time and part-time roles.

Pay:

£110.00 - £145.00 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.
