About the role of Temporary Talent Administrator:

In this role, you will be at the heart of the organisations talent management processes. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating talent databases, coordinating recruitment activities, and supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks. Your keen eye for detail and organisational prowess will ensure the smooth operation of talent acquisition and management functions.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

• Strong organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Excellent communication abilities: Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Experience in HR or re recruitment: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite: Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms.
