Finance Assistant needed to join a leading property company in the West End

A highly respected property company based in the West End. With the finance team having a wide range of work which looks over core finance operations.
Your new role
Finance Assistant

Paying 19phr
3-month contract - potential to go to perm
Based in the West End
Initial 5 days in the office
After a month, there is a hybrid working pattern - 3 days in and 2 days from home.

What you'll need to succeed

Accurately processing 1000 invoices per week
High attention to detail
Has previously temped in various industries and roles
Create and maintain positive long-term relationships with various departments
Set up new suppliers on Manhattan
Minimum AAT level 2
Able to interact with different teams
Can work effectively and efficiently whilst also collaborating as a team
Chasing suppliers for refunds not receives
