Full-Time Teaching Assistant Position Available
Location: Hounslow
Salary: 90 - 100 per day

Tradewind is proud to partner with a college in Hounslow to find a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting students, particularly those navigating behavioural challenges, to achieve their full potential.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide focused support to students with behavioural needs.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement behaviour management strategies.
• Support the educational and emotional development of individual learners.

Requirements:

• Experience working with students who face behavioural challenges.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Positive, patient, and team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to helping students succeed.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience with secondary school students.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
• Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
• Professional references.

Position Details:

• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Start Date: January 2025
• Duration: Until approximately April 2025, with a strong possibility of extension.
