Night Production Operative (Aerospace)

17.43 p/hour + OT

Full Time - Temp 2 Perm

We are looking for an experienced factory production operative who can commit to a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern within a busy aerospace company in Rugby.

This is a role that requires you to use precision instruments (mics, verniers) work with production targets and learn how to operate machinery used within the production process.

It's NOT CNC but these are high speed machines that require you to load, operate, unload, work with quality standard and production targets.

There will be an element of training and that will happen on a day shift for approx. 2 months before then switching to a fixed night pattern.

To be considered: you need to be local to Rugby, immediately available (this starts before Christmas), confident with precision instruments and have a solid CV showing commitment to an employer.

This role offers you:

• 17.43 p/hour when on nights ( 16.04 for training on days).
