Pre-Assembly Site Manager
Responsibilities:
* Manage the pre-assembly site activities, including scheduling, safety, and personnel coordination.
* Ensure all components are correctly pre-assembled and ready for offshore installation.
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain workflow.
* Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications:
* Experience in offshore wind project management.
* Strong understanding of pre-assembly processes for wind turbines.
