Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging RE lessons that encourage critical thinking and reflection.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and beliefs.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to support their learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
• A passion for Religious Education and a deep understanding of different religious traditions and beliefs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to foster a positive and respectful classroom culture that celebrates diversity and promotes inclusivity.
• Dedication to promoting the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of students.
