Role: Civil Site Manager - Water

Employment: Long-term contract

Payment: Rates TBC, CIS

Location: Site-based

My client, a contractor working with a leading water company, is seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager - Water to oversee the construction of a new service reservoir.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

·Managing Supervisors, Foremen, delivery teams, and subcontractors on-site.

·Implementing and monitoring health, safety, quality, and performance standards.

·Ensuring all work complies with water industry regulations and approved standards.

·Overseeing plant ordering and effective utilisation.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

·Extensive experience in deep excavation projects.

·SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.

·Water Hygiene certification.

·Proven experience managing direct teams and subcontractors on-site.
