Title: Payroll Administrator

Location: Oxford Street, London

Job Type: FTC - 6-12 months

Rate: £30,000

JGA are partnered with a global retail company that are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team.

This is a hybrid based role. You will be required to travel to the office based in Oxford Street 3 days per week, 2 days per week from home. 

Key Responsibilities:

Processing Head Office payroll  approx. 800 monthly enmployees.

Handling all aspects of new starter and leaver processes.

Calculating and recording statutory payments such as SAP, SSP, and SMP.

Processing HMRC forms, including P45s and P60s.

Staying current with payroll legislation and ensuring compliance.

Supporting the administration of auto-enrolment pension schemes.

Addressing client queries and escalating unresolved issues as needed. Skills Required:

Experience using SAP Payroll is essential.

2 years SAP payroll experience.

Proactive and capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Available to start Early Jan.
