Location: Huntingdon (Hybrid – 2 days in the office, reducing to 1 day per week)

Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist looking for your next challenge? Join our dynamic team and take on a pivotal role in managing payroll operations with a strong emphasis on accuracy, reporting, and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end manual payroll processing for a diverse workforce, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
Utilize strong Excel skills to perform payroll calculations, data analysis, and create insightful reports.
Oversee and prepare payroll reconciliations, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved.
Provide guidance and support to a junior staff member, fostering their development within the team.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll and reporting operations. What We're Looking For:
Demonstrable experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes.
Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
Strong attention to detail, with a track record of accurate reporting.
Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is desirable.
Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a hybrid working environment. Why Apply?
