Customer Service Advisor - Working from Home
Fully home based | own laptop, headset & strong internet connection required
Full Time role | 37.5 hours per week | shifts beween 8:00am and 8:00pm - 7 days per week
Temp role initially | likely to become permanent after 12 weeks
6th January start
Pay rate of £11.44 per hour + holiday pay
Search Consultancy are currently working with a well known Customer Service organisation to recruit a number of Temp to Permanent candidates to start on 6th January 2025. These roles will be temp initially with the intention to make the roles permanent after 12 weeks.
This is a fully-phone based customer service role where you will be handling incoming calls on a major public transport contract, dealing with enquiries at first point of contact wherever possible.
Applicants must reside in and work from the UK and have the following available to use in order to be considered for this role:
* A strong & fast internet connection at home
* A fully functional laptop or desktop running Windows 10 as a minimum
* A headset to take incoming calls
* A quiet & comfortable workspace
In order to be considered for this role, your skills & experience should include:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably from within a Call or Contact Centre environment
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with callers from all walks of life
* Solid IT skills including the use of MS Office
