Job Description

We are working with a leading privately owned housebuilder who have bucked the trend in recent years and experienced real growth. Their model is built around partnership deals and they work with a range of affordable housing providers in the region. They've asked us to source an experienced Assistant Site Manager to focus on internals and finishes. Commencing on site on the 6th Jan, this will be a temp/perm position for the right person.

Assistant Site Manager Requirements/Reasons to apply:

• You'll be joining one of the regions fastest growing housebuilders who have a number of live and upcoming developments
• Supporting an experienced management team, you'll be tasked with overseeing finishing works ensured plots are handed over to a good standard
• You will need to hold your CSCS, First Aid & SMSTS/SSSTS to be considered for this role
• You will need to hold previous new build housing experience
• This role will offer a start on the 6th Jan, competitive rates and a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position
