Supply Teaching Assistant
Hours of Work: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £85-£95 per day

About the role:
Supply TA: Teach Now is looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to work in vibrant and inclusive primary schools across Enfield. This flexible role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time or ad-hoc work with the freedom to choose their preferred year group and setting. Whether you enjoy supporting early learners in EYFS, helping KS1 children thrive, or guiding KS2 students in achieving their potential, this role offers tailored opportunities to suit your strengths. You will have the chance to work:
• 1:1 or with small groups of pupils, providing personalised support.
• With SEN learners, helping to create a nurturing environment for children with additional needs.
• In booster and intervention sessions, ensuring students catch up and excel academically.

Application Requirements: Supply TA:
• Have experience working with children in a primary school setting.
• Be passionate about supporting pupils' learning and development.
• Hold or be willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check.
• Have the flexibility and reliability to work on a supply/ad-hoc basis.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities: As a Supply TA, your role will include:
• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Assisting children 1:1 or in small groups to meet learning objectives.
• Encouraging and motivating pupils with tailored interventions.
• Working with SEN pupils to ensure inclusivity and progress.
• Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
