As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting students and ensuring continuity in learning during teacher absences. You will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage classrooms effectively.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Uphold the school s policies and values, fostering respect and engagement.
• Supervise students across various age groups and subjects, ensuring their safety and well-being.

This role offers valuable experience for individuals considering a career in teaching, providing insights into classroom management and educational practices.

• Confident, adaptable, and approachable.
• Able to communicate effectively with students and staff.
• Committed to supporting students' learning and development.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role
• Strong classroom management skills
• Commitment to working full-time and being an integral part of the school team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
