Join Our Team: Support Worker for Young People Leaving Care

Location: Bristol

Hourly Rate: £12 per hour | Sleep-in Rate: £102 per sleep-in

Are you passionate about supporting young people as they take their first steps towards independent living? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Temporary Support Worker to join our team, providing vital care for young people aged 16-21 who are transitioning from care into independent living.

Key Responsibilities:

Support young people in their daily routines, helping them adjust to living independently.

Provide guidance and assistance with practical tasks such as budgeting, cooking, and managing household responsibilities.

Promote positive relationships and build trust with young people in your care.

Assist in developing life skills, helping young people become confident in their independence.

Safeguard and support the well-being of each young person, ensuring they have the support they need during this important transition.Requirements:

Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent) is required.

Full UK driving license is essential for this role.

Right to work in the UK.

Passion for working with young people and a commitment to making a positive impact in their lives.

Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.Benefits:
