Position: Nursery Assistant/Worker

Pay: 12.90 - 14.60 per hour

Essential Skills and Qualities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience in a nursery or early years setting (essential).
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Patience, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting children's development.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Qualifications Required:

While qualifications are not essential, the following would be beneficial:

• Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education, Childcare, or equivalent
