£500.00 - £550.00 Per day, via Umbrella (The role falls within IR35 Scope)

• Lead and manage transformation projects
• Develop and implement change management strategies to drive organisational change
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects
• Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Manage risks and issues effectively to ensure project success

• Proven experience in leading transformation and change management projects
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
• Project management skills and experience
• Ability to analyse complex problems and develop innovative solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

This role is based in Coventry, West Midlands. The Transformation and Change Manager may be required to travel occasionally for project meetings and stakeholder engagements.

The role is 4 days office based, 1 day working from home, with a daily rate of £550, via Umbrella.
