Data Transformation Lead

Location - South Gloucestershire (Hybrid)

Role Requirements:

* MUST HAVE Local Government experience and expertise in a data field

Essential demonstrable experience of local government having worked within a local authority, at a senior level.

* Experience of leading a corporate data transformation programme that significantly improved data architecture and delivered tangible benefits to services and residents.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to rapidly demonstrate the value of improved data.

* Experience of working collaboratively across the whole council, ideally with evidence of working with hub-and-spoke or matrix management arrangements.

* Self-starter with ability to independently shape and deliver a brief, using limited resources and managing upwards to ensure senior management visibility.

* Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI and SQL as enterprise solutions, and integrating these with a variety of line of business systems.
