Pay Rate: £27 - £37 per hour (paid via umbrella)
Contract: Full-time, Monday - Friday (5 days per week)
Start Date: January/February 2025
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Wards Based Clinical Pharmacist to join a renowned private hospital in Lincoln. This role is ideal for a qualified pharmacist with experience in a hospital setting, looking to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to hospital wards, ensuring safe and effective use of medications.
• Review patient prescriptions and medical records, providing advice on the correct use of drugs.
• Monitor patient medication regimens and provide consultations to healthcare teams.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care for patients.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures and contribute to the ongoing improvement of patient safety.
  
  

Requirements:

• Must have hospital pharmacy experience.
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Excellent communication and team-working skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical pharmacy settings, ideally in a wards-based role.
