• Daily Rate: 90- 105
• Start Date: January 2025
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
• Contract: Long Term Temp to Perm

Are you skilled in supporting children in EYFS with SEN needs?

LTF Recruitment is searching for a caring and nurturing EYFS teaching assistant to join our two-form entry, Ofsted-rated Good school in Bedworth.

The Role:

You will support the teaching and learning of a reception class alongside the teacher. This includes assisting the whole class and providing tailored support to learners with SEMH and SEN needs. The children require a teaching assistant who can combine emotional sensitivity with firm expectations and boundaries.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience supporting pupils with complex SEMH and SEN needs.
• Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 12 months' experience in an educational setting.
• Strong behaviour management techniques.
• Skilled in 1:1 student support.
• Knowledge of the UK EYFS curriculum
• Calm, patient, and caring with excellent communication skills.
• A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection guidelines.
