Job Description

We are currently working on behalf of a well-established Gas and Heating Client who are currently hiring and Out of hours Call Centre Agents/Administrators.

Location: Potters Bar

Hours:

• Monday 13:00- 22:00
• Tuesday 13:00 - 22:00
• Friday 16:00 - 22:00
• Saturday & Sunday 13:00 - 22:00

Weekly pay, one week in arrears

Pay - £14.86 per hour for 12 weeks, after 12 weeks after passing probation, you could then be offered a PAYE Permanent Role.

Description:

• Communicate promptly with customers and sub-contractors
• Handle 65-80 calls per day.
• Prioritise scheduling, programming, and booking for engineers; meet diary deadlines.
• Distribute documentation as per client requirements.
• Control and clear engineers' timesheets daily, including electronic expenses.
• Check and authorise supplier/sub-contractor invoices; process reports.
• Manage challenging tenants.
• Address customer complaints or queries.
• Coordinate return of incorrect/damaged goods to suppliers.
• Arrange and coordinate weekend work.
• Complete other tasks as requested by management.

Requirements:

• Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
