Project Assistant

(Temporary)

CDS Group Services Ltd is a £60m nationwide main contractor, shopfitter and manufacturer based in Romsey.

We welcome applicants who are outcome driven and have excellent people skills.

We are currently looking to recruit a Project Assistant on a temporary basis.

The Project Assistant must be based in or within a commutable distance of Romsey.

Job starts ASAP and there should be 2 months work for the right Project Assistant.

The Primary Outcomes of the Project Assistant:

• Increasing productivity
• Provide project and operational support
• Improved customer satisfaction
• Maintain project control

The Key responsibilities for the Project Assistant:

• Collate and manage site files
• Create and process purchase orders
• Arrange and oversee the return of site files
• Scan and upload documentation onto the system
• Create and distribute ID cards

• Handle outgoing and incoming post
• Order and track uniform and tools
• Assist with RAMS request
• Send weekly site details to the team
• Support on additional tasks when required
• Monitor daily diaries and identify/report risks
