We are seeking an S/4 HANA FICO Lead to spearhead the implementation of a cutting-edge greenfield private rise project for a global leader in industrial and automotive solutions. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation and lead a complex global initiative, integrating technologies like Basware, High Radius, and Bolt to transform business processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of S/4 HANA Finance and Control, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Develop and manage a global process template to standardize operations across regions while supporting localization.

Oversee integration with tools such as Basware, High Radius, and Bolt for optimized workflows.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.

Drive continuous improvement and ensure high performance across financial systems and processes.

About You:

Proven experience as an S/4 HANA FICO Lead with at least 10 years in SAP Finance and Control roles.

Expertise in global template projects and integrations with tools like Basware and High Radius.

Strong knowledge of the industrial and automotive sectors.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage teams and engage stakeholders.

A proactive problem-solver with a track record of delivering complex global projects.
