Required Skills and Experience:

Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and best practices.

Hands-on experience in designing and implementing workflows, scoped applications, and customisations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS) are highly advantageous.
