Contract Senior Fire Risk Assessor – Manchester & The North West

£600 per day (outside IR35) + overnight expenses (as required) + min 3 month full time assignment (rolling) + opportunity for long-term contract work on different projects with global organisation

A successful global organisation is looking to engage with a qualified contract Fire Risk Assessor on an ongoing basis to work across a range of clients and environments including corporate banking, manufacturing, social housing, construction and more, undertaking Fire Risk Assessments, reporting & providing expert advice as required.

Contract Senior Fire Risk Assessor remit;

* Represent the organisation, undertaking Tier 2 & 3 fire investigations & risk assessments across various industry sectors, including commercial, industrial, and high-rise Residential

* Provide Fire Safety guidance and investigate incidents

* Complete fire risk assessment reports

* Provide Fire risk technical support to a range of clients

* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation regarding Fire

* Client relationship management; deal with issues effectively and appropriately

Contract Senior Fire Risk Assessor profile;

* NEBOSH Fire Safety certificate or NEBOSH Fire Conversion or Fire trained-NVQ levels or equivalent

* A fire safety accreditation with a recognised professional body including TIFireE, GIFireE or equivalent

* FPA / CFPA Fire Risk Assessors course advantageous

* Min 5yrs experience undertaking Tier 2 & Tier 3 Fire risk assessments

* Excellent presentation & communication skills

* Strong client relationship building skills
