Your new roleAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently.

Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Identifying opportunities to improve our services and processes.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the public sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
