About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Band 6 RMN for a challenging and rewarding prison-based in-patient role. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while making a real impact on patient care.

Key Details:

Shift Pattern: Monday-Sunday, Long Days (0730hrs–2030hrs) or Nights (2000hrs–0800hrs).

Flexibility is required to cover shifts across the week for supervision and support.

Comprehensive induction and key talks held most Mondays to ensure readiness for the role.

Essential Requirements:

Category B Prison Clearance, equivalent to HMP Wandsworth, valid for at least one year.

Ability to work independently and effectively in a secure and fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills to manage workload and prioritize effectively.
