Description

• MUST HAVE: Experience using Microsoft Dynamic 365
• Manage aspects of accounts payable/ accounts assistant
• Ensure timely processing and payment of invoices
• Reconcile monthly statements and related transactions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Perform any other duties as assigned within the accounting department

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant / Accounts Payable should have:

• MUST HAVE: experience using Microsoft Dynamic 365
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational and time management skills

Job Offer

• 2/3 month temp role
• A Salary of roughly 17.00 GBP hourly including holiday pay
• Hybrid working - 3 days in the office location Teddington & 2 days from home - can be flexible
