Responsibilities as a PE Cover Supervisor / Sports Coach

• Supervise PE lessons and provide support for students during practical sessions.
• Lead and assist with coaching a variety of sports to students of all abilities.
• Ensure students are engaged and maintain good behaviour during sports activities.
• Cover PE lessons in the absence of regular teaching staff.
• Help with the planning and organisation of sports events and activities.
• Provide feedback on student progress and areas for improvement.
• Support students' physical and personal development in a safe and inclusive manner.

Requirements for the PE Cover Supervisor / Sports Coach

• Experience in coaching or teaching sports at the secondary school level.
• A genuine passion for physical education and encouraging students to engage in physical activity.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Enthusiasm for helping students develop their sports skills and fitness.
• A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to different situations.
